Foldable smartphones and 5G support are the trends of 2019. Huawei is the first manufacturer that has the two combines, according to an announcement from the ceo.

The first foldable smartphone with 5G support is next month by Huawei presented, as ceo Richard Yu announced. The Chinese manufacturer today unveiled its first 5G modem for smartphones, and says that soon, to go and use in their own smartphone. Not the Huawei P30

The new device is not likely to be the direct successor of the Huawei P20. Folding screens and 5G chips are still pretty pricey and are only to a limited extent is produced.
